Getting started
You probably want to get to know me a bit first, have lots of questions, and want to determine if we are a good fit. Not to worry: An initial consultation to determine our fit is always free with absolutely no-obligations. Just fill out the contact form and I will respond within a couple of business days to set up a free initial consultation.
Coaching session fee schedule
If we have decided we are a good fit following an initial conversation, we will begin to schedule coaching sessions. You have the choice of paying a single session fee (payable before each session) or pre-purchasing a reduced 3-session package at a reduced fee (payable before the first of the three sessions). I use the following tiered fee schedule based on your position within your organization:

| 2. Your annual salary is less than $100k | $150 | $400 |
| 3. Annual salary is more than $100k or you manage others | $200 | $550 |
| 4. Executive/Corporate | $250 | $700 |
*If you are a working professional who is simultaneously completing a graduate degree, then, based on your salary, you may be considered to be in one of the other tiers and will be charged the associated fee.

In our work together, we may organically discover ways in which I can further support your professional journey that requires additional time outside of our standard sessions together. These services might look like the following:

You're preparing to deliver a big presentation to your superiors, or facilitate an important workshop for your colleagues, and would like me to review your work (eg, slide deck, handouts etc.) and provide my direct feedback on your work before delivery. As a seasoned educator, I'd be thrilled to offer my thoughts.

You'd like to develop a big presentation or workshop for your colleagues and would like my expert learning design assistance. As an experienced learning and development manager, I look forward to collaborating with subject matter experts in developing impactful learning experiences.
For services such as the above that require deliberate additional time outside of our coaching sessions, I generally charge $150/hour. However, I will never charge you without your explicit consent, and in cases where the project will require substantial additional work, we will go into a separate agreement together.
